West Port sophomore Victoria Carter is off to a quick start to the women’s soccer season.
After scoring all three goals in a season-opening shutout win at North Marion, Kelly added two more on Wednesday in a 2-0 loss to Eastside. She now has five goals even before some teams start playing this season.
WPHS (2-0) will visit Belleview Thursday at 7 p.m.
Forest 8, North Marion 0: At the NMHS, the Wildcats (1-0) will host Belleview on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. The Colts (0-2) will host Lecanto Seven Rivers Christian on Friday at 6:00 p.m.
Leesburg 8, Belleview 0: At the BHS, the Rattlers (0-1) will host West Port on Thursday at 7 p.m.
